Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Shop Leader at Simond Boulangerie, located in Bali, Indonesia. The Bakery Shop Leader will oversee the daily operations of bakery sales. Responsibilities include managing the shop team ensuring the highest level of quality service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading small bakery shop

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food preparation
• Previous experience in a bakery shop or culinary setting is a must
