Job Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Monitor ingredient quality and proper storage.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Italian restaurant, bakery, or artisan bakery.
- Experienced in artisan bread, dough, and fresh pasta production.
- Good knowledge of Italian ingredients and cooking techniques.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
