ARTHUR DESSERT HOUSE is looking for fast pace Baker / Assistant Baker / Cake Decorator for their Central Kitchen and Dessert House Cafe in Gading Serpong and BSD

Job Description :
- Prepare baked goods according to recipes.
- Develop new and unique recipes, often focusing on seasonal themes or customer preferences.
- Check the quality of ingredients, weigh and measure them, and maintain proper storage.
- Prepare doughs, fillings, and frostings, bake goods, and decorate them professionally.
- Ensure cakes, desserts and pastries are visually appealing and presentable.
- Keep the work station clean and organized, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Work with Content Creator to create appealing content and storytelling. (is a plus point)
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Baking and Pastry or other culinary field.
- Min 2-3 years experience as Assistant Baker / Baker.
- Be able to adjust to different recipes, techniques, and workload demands.
- The person must be agile and fast pace.
- Able to work in a team and individually.
- Have a good communication, interpersonal skills and hospitality.
- Good manner and work ethic.
