Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Batam for a Bahasa Indonesia Teacher. The Bahasa Indonesia Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, teaching Bahasa Indonesia to students of varying skill levels, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to foster language development. Additionally, the teacher will participate in school activities, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies
• Experience with Education and Training practices
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and a solid understanding of language instruction
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to inspire and motivate students
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred
• Prior teaching experience, particularly as a Bahasa Indonesia teacher, is a plus
