Backup & Recovery Consultant

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in data backup, storage, cloud, or related fields
3. Knowledge of backup and data recovery technologies such as Veeam, Veritas, Commvault, Acronis, Rubrik, Cohesity, or similar solutions
4. Demonstrates initiative and a strong ability to collaborate effectively with sales and technical teams to deliver the right solution to the customer

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Needs Analysis : Understand business and technical requirements related to data backup and recovery solutions
• Product Demonstration & Proof of Concept (PoC)
• Responsible for preparing technical proposals and documentation for backup solutions, as well as delivering training sessions on the topic
• Ensure solutions comply with industry security standards and regulations
