Backend Engineers

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend software development.

- Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade backend systems and APIs.

- Experience working in cross-functional product teams (product, frontend).

- Experience designing scalable systems in high-availability environments.

Technical Competency :

- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Ruby, Python, Go).

- Understanding other code languages like Java, .Net Core, etc is a plus

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and backend system architecture.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis).

- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

- Ability to design scalable systems and optimize system performance.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Experience with containerization and deployment tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines).

- Strong understanding of system monitoring, logging, and debugging.

- Experience with version control systems, especially Git-based workflows.

- Familiarity with automated testing and quality assurance practices.

- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.

- Ability to deliver within deadlines.

- Continuous learning attitude and adaptability to emerging technologies.

- Financial Services Industry (FSI) background and regulatory compliance knowledge is a plus.
