Backend Developer (Golang)

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong Golang experience to join our development team. You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs that power our applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean and efficient code, distributed systems, and backend architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang
• Build reliable, scalable, and high-performance microservices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, product) to define and deliver features
• Integrate with internal and third-party systems using RESTful APIs, gRPC, or messaging queues
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best engineering practices
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy

Requirements

Must-Have

• Professional experience developing backend applications in Golang
• Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels
• Experience building RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Background in high-load systems or real-time data processing
