We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong Golang experience to join our development team. You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs that power our applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean and efficient code, distributed systems, and backend architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang
- Build reliable, scalable, and high-performance microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, product) to define and deliver features
- Integrate with internal and third-party systems using RESTful APIs, gRPC, or messaging queues
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best engineering practices
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy
Requirements
Must-Have
- Professional experience developing backend applications in Golang
- Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels
- Experience building RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Good understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Background in high-load systems or real-time data processing
