Job Description:

• Participate in the design and development of credit systems across multiple countries, including user acquisition, credit approval and underwriting, core transactions, account reconciliation, funding partner integrations, risk control, promotion, and financial accounting.
• Build highly available, scalable systems that support hundreds of millions of users and high transaction volumes. Ensure transaction consistency, reliable accounting, effective risk controls, and the security of funds.
• Design system workflows, data protection measures, and deployment strategies in line with each country's regulatory requirements.
• Have a solid understanding of AI and use AI effectively to improve coding, testing, and other day-to-day work.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least one year of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of Go, C++, or Java, along with a strong grasp of common data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming.
• Proficiency in database consistency and performance optimization, with hands-on experience using common middleware such as Redis, Kafka, and etcd, etc and a foundational understanding of how they work.
• Familiarity with distributed architecture and its underlying principles, as well as common networking and data transmission protocols.
• Experience using AI to improve testing, debugging, incident response, code quality, or production operations
• Experience in credit, investment, risk management, or other financial systems.
