Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of backend systems, frontend interfaces, and API-based solutions using modern technology stacks.
- Define technical standards, guide code quality through reviews, and lead the adoption of clean architecture and scalable microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Develop core features and components using Node.js and Golang
- Architect and manage infrastructure using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Implement DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and infrastructure as code.
- Drive team performance through mentorship, technical guidance, and support in problem-solving and prioritization.
- Contribute to the development or integration of internal tools and enterprise systems.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 2 years in software architecture and technical leadership roles.
- Strong background in system design, clean architecture, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in backend development using Node.js and Golang.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), infrastructure design, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, automated testing, Git, and code review workflows.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, especially when navigating technical trade-offs and aligning with business needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in building or integrating internal tools or enterprise systems is a strong plus.
