Job Description

WE ARE HIRING — BACK END DEVELOPER

We are looking for Back End Developer who can build and improve real production systems — not just talk about frameworks.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services
  • Design clean business logic and backend structure
  • Optimize database queries and performance
  • Solve real production issues and improve system reliability
  • Work closely with product, frontend, and tech team
  • Review code and improve backend quality

Must have

  • Strong experience in [your stack: Node.js / NestJS / Express / Laravel / Go / Java / Python]
  • Strong understanding of API, database, auth, validation, and performance
  • Comfortable reading and improving existing codebase
  • Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
