Back End Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs that support seamless integration with front-end systems and third-party services. This role is responsible for database design and optimization, application security, system reliability, and performance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to CI/CD and deployment processes, conduct code reviews, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable solutions that meet business and user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs using Go (Golang), ensuring seamless integration with front-end elements and external systems.
• Design and manage databases, including schema design, migrations, and optimization for scalability.
• Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols across all applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and DevOps, to support deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and system integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while reviewing team contributions to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from relevant major.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Backend Development.
• Experience or familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and integrations in backend workflows.
• Familiarity with message brokers or event-driven architectures (e.g. Pub/Sub)
