Job Description
- Perform customer identification and verification processes in accordance with company KYC policies and applicable regulations
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for higher-risk customers and ensure proper documentation
- Review and analyze customer information, financial data, credit history, and supporting documents to assess creditworthiness and risk
- Conduct periodic credit reviews and monitor customer payment performance, credit exposure, and changes in risk profile
- Ensure customer records, KYC documentation, and credit information are complete, accurate, and up to date for operational and regulatory purposes
- Monitor portfolio performance, including delinquency, overdue accounts, churn rate, and other relevant risk indicators
- Perform regular data analysis and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations for credit and operational decision-making
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to support operational processes, resolve discrepancies, and recommend appropriate actions for high-risk or overdue accounts
