B2C Operation Staff

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of B2C orders across all sales channels.
• Monitor and ensure sufficient B2C inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Manage product return processes from customers and coordinate the necessary follow-up actions.
• Perform invoice reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency between invoices and transaction records.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience in B2C Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or E-commerce Operations; experience in the beauty, FMCG, or retail industry is preferred.
• Good understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadlines while meeting operational targets.
