B2B Tour Operator - Sales Executive – Indonesia Muslim &Umrah Market

Funtastic DMC is an Istanbul-based Destination Management Company that has Sales office in Jakarta, specializing in tailor-made and private tours, group travel, MICE, luxury travel and special-interest programs across Türkiye, Europe, the Balkans, Caucasus, Central Asia, Middle East and Africa.

We are looking for a Sales Executive based in Jakarta to help us grow Funtastic DMC's business in the Indonesian travel market.

Your Responsibilities

* Promote Funtastic DMC destinations and travel products to Local Travel Agent and Business partner in Indonesia.

* Develop relationships with travel agencies, tour operators and travel partners.

* Handle inquiries, quotations and follow-ups via WhatsApp, email and other channels.

* Identify new B2B sales opportunities.

* Learn our destinations and confidently present them to Indonesian travel partners.

* Work closely with our worldwide destination teams.

Requirements

* Currently based in Jakarta.

* Good spoken and written English.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Genuine interest in travel and tourism.

* Fast learner with a proactive and sales-oriented attitude.

* Fresh graduates are welcome.

* 1–2 years of experience in Sales of tourism, travel is a plus.

A Plus If You

* Know Türkiye, Cappadocia, Dubai, Egypt, Uzbekistan or other Funtastic DMC destinations.

* Have travel agency / tour operator Sales experience.

* Understand the Indonesian Muslim travel market.

* Have B2B travel sales or travel-industry connections.

You don't need to know all our destinations. We are looking for someone who learns fast, communicates confidently and genuinely enjoys travel and sales.
