Job Description

We're looking for proven B2B telesales professionals who are confident leading conversations with business decision-makers, selling advertising and communication solutions into Australia, New Zealand or UK markets.

Uncapped commission. Remote role based in Bali (or elsewhere in Southeast Asia).

What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound B2B calls to senior decision-makers
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent, professional English communication (clear, confident, business-level)
  • Proven success in B2B telesales / outbound sales
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to lead conversations
  • Self-managed and comfortable working remotely
  • Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline

Strong Advantage:

  • Experience selling into AU / NZ / UK markets
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Background in advertising, media, or B2B services
