You Will:

  • Develop and execute B2B Sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributor, reseller, GT & MT
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules in alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner satisfaction and operational alignment
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to key stakeholders on B2B performance and opportunities
  • Gather and share client feedback to support product & service improvement

You Are:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development/Account Management from beauty/FMCG Industry
  • Proven track record in hitting or exceeding sales target in fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with distribution models and supply chain processes (especially in beauty/FMCG)
