About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Intern to support the execution of critical operational activities within the Sales function. In this role, you will help ensure smooth and timely merchant onboarding, payment channel activation, and ongoing operational support.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to handle time-sensitive requests, maintain accurate documentation, and support day-to-day operations that directly impact merchant experience and transaction success. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Job Description

  • Support end-to-end merchant onboarding and activation processes across multiple payment partners
  • Assist in payment channel activation and transaction limit configuration
  • Handle routine operational requests, including updates, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain and organize merchant documentation in line with internal standards and compliance requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data and documentation for audit purposes
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to follow up on requests
  • Assist in communication and coordination with external partners when needed
  • Support urgent and time-sensitive requests to ensure smooth merchant operations
  • Help track and manage operational tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Assist in documenting and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support the team in reducing manual and repetitive administrative work

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (preferred: Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle administrative and operational tasks accurately
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility in completing tasks
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) and documentation
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive requests
  • Willing to support operational needs that may require flexibility in working hours
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
