B2B Sales is key role to enhance and leverage company's growth through B2B customers which are government, corporate and person who has wide network related to company's product. Promoting and increasing sales product with partnership model and build close relationship with customers and partners to meet the sales target. Significant contribution to company's growth with effective and efficient way will be main goal of B2B sales.
Responsibilities of the B2B Sales (farmer role):
- Primary task is to maintain relationship with customers and partners/ dealers to get new opportunities business and helping partners/ dealers to increase sales of company's product.
- Find the new opportunities from existing B2B customers and close deals throughout the sales process.
- Organize and conduct meetings with key person of B2B customer (decision maker) to discuss and find the solutions to increase sales.
- Able to do market analysis to understand market, trend, competitors and strategy to penetrate market deeply.
- Quickly and accurately respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Provide detailed information about products and services, answer questions, and solve problems.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Maintain effective interaction with clients, including callbacks and correspondence, emphasizing polite and respectful communication.
- Adherence to Standards: Strictly follow the company's operational standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Goal-oriented with focus on target achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a wide network with contractor company, property developer, building management, architect, interior designer and other stakeholder related to product
- Understanding well B2B negotiation process, agreement and channel strategy
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Have a high self driven to achieve target and used to work with team or individually
- Confident in direct negotiation through messaging, phone calls and meetings
- Experience in selling a product of a similar niche will be an advantage
- Own laptop or PC, high-speed Internet connection
- English Level at least B2
- Proficient in spoken and written Indonesian language, with an understanding of local traditions.
