Role Description
We are seeking a B2B Sales Executive for a full-time position based in Tangerang, East Java, Indonesia. This on-site role involves developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, identifying sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and conducting effective presentations to showcase our products. The B2B Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients and gather feedback to improve offerings. Enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining records of sales activities will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Sales and business development expertise, including experience in B2B environments
- Proficiency in presentation skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for identifying client needs and recommending solutions
- Knowledge of the interior or construction materials market is a plus
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
