About the Job:

Beluga Coffee is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to drive the growth of our coffee bean business. We are The Canary of Coffeea brand built on trust and quality.

We don't just sell coffee; we provide the fuel for cafes, roasters, and businesses to thrive. We are looking for a hunter who understands the nuances of coffee beans and can speak the language of business owners.

What You Will Do:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and close deals with HORECA clients (Cafes, Restaurants, Hotels) and potentially other Roasters looking for green or roasted bean supply.
  • Consultative Selling: Help clients select the right beans (House Blends vs. Single Origins) that match their customer profile and budget.
  • Account Management: Ensure our partners never run dry. Manage recurring orders and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on coffee trends (prices, origins, processing methods) to advise clients effectively.

Who You Are:

  • The Hustler: You are comfortable negotiating contracts and closing B2B deals.
  • The Coffee Enthusiast: You know your Washed from your Natural, and your Arabica from your Robusta. You can confidently discuss flavor notes and roast levels.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in Sales, preferably in Coffee Trading, Roastery Sales, or F&B Supply.
  • Communication: Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia. English is a strong plus.
