Role Overview

We are hiring aB2B Merchant Acquisitionto strengthen our field execution team in Bali. This is ahands-on, on-the-ground rolefocused on acquiring, activating, and retaining merchants on the IndoPropertyHub.com platform

This role goes beyond pure acquisition. You will be responsible not only forclosing paid subscription packages, but also for ensuring that merchantsactively upload their ads, remain engaged, andrenew their subscriptions. You will also play a key role inreactivating churned or delinquent merchants.

You will represent Indo Property Hub directly in the fieldmeeting customers face-to-face, pitching the platform, closing deals on the spot, and ensuring real activation

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition & Activation

  • Visit property agents, villa operators, developers, and service providers in person to introduce Indo Property Hub
  • Pitch IPH's subscription packages and partnership benefits clearly and confidently
  • Close paid subscription deals on the spot
  • Ensure newly onboarded merchantsupload and activate their adson the website (not just sign up)

Retention & Reactivation

  • Follow up with existing merchants to ensure continued usage and satisfaction
  • Reactivate churned, delinquent, or inactive customers and drive renewals
  • Actively monitor merchant status (paid, unpaid, inactive) and take corrective action

Field Execution & Relationship Building

  • Conduct regular site visits and relationship-building meetings
  • Act as the main point of contact for merchants during onboarding and early usage
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat subscriptions and retention

Reporting & Coordination

  • Track visits, deals, activations, and renewals using Google Sheets / Excel / CRM tools
  • Coordinate with internal operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ad activation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and activation reports

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum education:D3 / Diploma or Bachelor's degreein any relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years experiencein field sales, B2B acquisition, merchant onboarding, or customer-facing roles
  • Comfortable doingdaily field visitsand meeting multiple customers face-to-face
  • Strong ability to pitch, follow up, close, and activate customers
  • Conversational English is required(able to communicate with foreign clients and partners)
  • Personality traits: outgoing, friendly, bubbly, confident meeting new people daily
  • High energy and proactive
  • Must own amotorbike/carand have a validSIM C / SIM A
  • Target-driven and able to work independently in the field
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

Compensation
  • IDR 6,000,000 7,000,000 gross monthly salary (Highly competitive for this level and experience)
