Role Overview

This role focuses on customer acquisition through data-driven demand generation and high-impact field marketing initiatives. The B2B Marketing Manager (Demand Generation & Field) will act as the bridge between Marketing and Sales to drive pipeline growth, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified leads through a combination of digital marketing, partner marketing and on offline marketing.

This role is rather a mid-senior level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of all on-ground marketing activities, including roundtables, tradeshows, workshops, and customer events.
  • Partner closely with the Indonesia Sales team as the main marketing contactunderstanding pipeline needs, business priorities, and translating them into targeted campaigns.
  • Design and integrate AI agents into demand generation worksflows to automate, optimise and scale pipeline growth.
  • Manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives in coordination with external agencies and the sales organization to ensure alignment on key accounts.
  • Collaborate with partners for co-marketing programs that amplify reach and accelerate lead generation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • Develop reporting dashboards to track and optimize MQL, SQL, CAC and other pipeline contribution metrics.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness, maintaining a target CPL-to-MQL ratio.
  • Work cross-functionally with regional and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve event strategy, lead quality, and sales enablement through data insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or field marketing, preferably within technology, fintech, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven success in demand generation, ABM campaigns, and event marketing.
  • Strong understanding of sales-marketing alignment and lead funnel metrics.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
