Role Overview

This role focuses on customer retention and engagement through data-driven content, lifecycle, and enablement marketing. The B2B Marketing Manager (Content & Growth) serves as the company's local voice, creating compelling Bahasa Indonesia content, driving customer communications, and enabling Sales and Demand Generation teams with the right materials and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead growth and customer marketing initiatives to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell outcomes.
  • Design and manage customer lifecycle communications in HubSpot (onboarding, nurture, retention, and win-back campaigns).
  • Develop and localize all marketing and sales contentincluding product messaging, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, testimonials, and decksto support lead generation and enablement activities.
  • Leverage AI to optimise and localise content to local discovery, personalise engagement, and automate growth to boost conversions, revenue creation.
  • Partner with the Demand Generation & Field team to provide high-quality content that fuels campaigns.
  • Support global social media team with local digital and social media presence, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the global PR manager to localize press releases and identify media opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the product team to understand customer behaviour, upcoming roadmap, business priorities, and translating them into targeted campaigns.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness to continuously improve content strategy and customer communications.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights from sales, support, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, growth marketing, or customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven experience managing content strategy and customer communications via HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital analytics, and marketing automation best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating metrics into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with strong attention to detail.
