B2B Manager Bali (Havaianas)

Job Description

The B2B Commercial Manager will lead and develop commercial strategies for the Bali market to accelerate B2B growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and maximize business opportunities.

The role will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and building a sustainable B2B pipeline across strategic channels. The ideal candidate has strong commercial acumen, proven relationship management skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and expand B2B sales and partnerships across Bali.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including hospitality, corporate, travel retail, and other strategic accounts.
• Strengthen relationships with existing partners and enhance account management.
• Support local business development initiatives and capitalize on the strong tourism market.
• Build a sustainable B2B pipeline contributing to our overall Bali growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• At Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B, business development, commercial, or sales roles, preferably within retail, lifestyle, hospitality, or related industries.
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing client portfolios.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business results.
• Strong understanding of the Bali retail, tourism, and hospitality market and its business ecosystem.
• Proven experience in managing teams and/or leading cross-functional projects
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Based in Bali and willing to travel within the region as required.
