Job Description

  • Source, onboard, and manage reseller partners, including daily coordination on orders, stock availability, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate product value propositions, pricing structures, and partnership models while ensuring compliance with brand and pricing guidelines.
  • Actively follow up on sales opportunities, partner needs, and ongoing collaborations.
  • Develop and support B2B sales and marketing assets, campaign calendars, product training, and selling guidelines.
  • Execute and manage co-marketing initiatives such as bundles, seasonal launches, and exclusive programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate reseller performance (revenue, margin, sell-through, stock health), and implement improvement plans for underperforming partners.
  • Track competitor strategies, wholesale pricing, and emerging reseller models.
  • Collect and relay market feedback, including demand trends, product gaps, and price sensitivity, to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • 13 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management; experience in luxury, premium retail, or high-ticket B2C is a plus.
  • High initiative, able to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and customer management skills with high attention to detail and personalization.
  • Solution-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and/or Mandarin is an advantage
