Indentify, propect and acquire new major B2B customers
Maintain and grow sales from exisiting B2B customers by strengthening relationships
Manage subordinates based on customer segmentation
Managing inventory: forecasting inventory needs for B2B, consignment, replenishment
Sales Growth: maintaining sales with current customer
Oversee payment collection and monitor outstanding receivable
Cross-Functional Collaborations with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
710+ years of experience in B2B sales / commercial roles, preferably within hospitality, HoReCa, hotel supply, bedding, facilities, or premium consumer brands
Proven experience selling into hotels, hospitality groups, and related B2B channels
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Strong track record in new customer acquisition and account development
Solid understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and consignment models
Willing to be based in Bali and actively engage with on-ground customers
