Job Summary

The B2B Business Development Manager - Project is responsible for driving project-based business growth through strategic prospect acquisition, client relationship management, and sales pipeline development to support revenue growth and business expansion.

Job Description

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to improve team performance and support business growth objectives.
  2. Identify and prioritize potential B2B prospects, including contractors, installers, specifiers, and corporate clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong business relationships through networking and strategic client engagement.
  4. Lead and monitor acquisition activities, including prospect visits, calls, and initial business discussions.
  5. Analyze prospect potential, evaluate lead quality, and determine qualification status for sales follow-up.
  6. Support the Sales team in tender processes, negotiations, and resolving project-related challenges.
  7. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and sales performance to optimize business strategies.
  8. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between client needs, product solutions, and project execution.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Pre-Sales, or related areas.
  3. Strong capability in business planning, sales analysis, and strategic thinking.
  4. Proven experience in B2B prospect acquisition, qualification, and pipeline management.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  7. Experience handling project-based sales, tenders, or corporate clients is an advantage.
  8. Able to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt approaches across different client segments.
