Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new B2B growth opportunities by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to support market entry and expansion initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies across industries and channels (direct sales, partnerships, resellers) to drive pipeline growth and revenue performance.
  • Define and refine Go-To-Market (GTM) to ensure strong market fit and scalability.
  • Design, optimize, and standardize end-to-end sales processes (lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and handover) to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Track and analyze commercial and operational KPIs (pipeline health, win rate, conversion rates, sales cycle length, average deal size, margin) and translate findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support CRM optimization and adoption by improving pipeline structure, forecasting accuracy, activity tracking, and dashboard reporting to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to align commercial strategies with operational capacity, ensuring effective delivery readiness and customer experience.
  • Lead client engagements through structured project management, including scope definition, timeline planning, stakeholder communication, and presentation of strategic recommendations and progress updates.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field. A master's degree (MBA) or other relevant certifications may be preferred.
  • Proven experience in business operations, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience in analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, understand trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities to address business challenges and optimize operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Understanding of industry-specific operations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with business software and tools for data analysis, project management, and process modeling (e.g., ERP systems, CRM software, statistical software).
  • Capability to align operational improvements with business strategy and goals.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality agreements due to exposure to sensitive business information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different client environments and industries.
  • Ability to manage client expectations, deliver presentations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Commitment to staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to business operations.
