Identify and evaluate new B2B growth opportunities by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to support market entry and expansion initiatives.
Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies across industries and channels (direct sales, partnerships, resellers) to drive pipeline growth and revenue performance.
Define and refine Go-To-Market (GTM) to ensure strong market fit and scalability.
Design, optimize, and standardize end-to-end sales processes (lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and handover) to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
Track and analyze commercial and operational KPIs (pipeline health, win rate, conversion rates, sales cycle length, average deal size, margin) and translate findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support CRM optimization and adoption by improving pipeline structure, forecasting accuracy, activity tracking, and dashboard reporting to enable data-driven decision making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to align commercial strategies with operational capacity, ensuring effective delivery readiness and customer experience.
Lead client engagements through structured project management, including scope definition, timeline planning, stakeholder communication, and presentation of strategic recommendations and progress updates.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field. A master's degree (MBA) or other relevant certifications may be preferred.
Proven experience in business operations, management consulting, or a related field.
Experience in analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
