Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site B2B Account Executive role based in Tangerang. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating closely with the product and marketing teams to align strategies with client needs and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Client relationship management and business development expertise.
  • Experience in IT sales, especially in learning content, LXP or LMS is highly recommended
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency in market research and identifying emerging B2B opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams, to fulfill client requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior sales experience in learning or technology industries is a plus.
