- Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate investment, banking, and insurance products to meet their financial goals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to the bank's compliance and risk management policies
