Define and maintain a standardized product development lifecycle: intake, prioritization, discovery, delivery, launch, and post-launch review.
Translate the platform's long-term product strategy into executable operating plans, planning calendars, and resource-aligned roadmaps in partnership with product leadership.
Data, Insights & Performance Infrastructure
Build and own the KPI framework for the SMB and other applicable platform, including dashboards and self-serve analytics for product teams and leadership.
Operationalize the voice of the customer: aggregate market research, customer feedback, NPS, support tickets, and usage data into a single, continuously maintained insights pipeline that informs prioritization.
Establish experimentation governance (hypothesis standards, test tracking, readout formats) to ensure decisions are evidence-based.
Prepare and deliver recurring performance reporting to senior management and executives, covering product health, delivery progress, and business impact.
Launch & Release Operations
Own launch readiness end to end: GTM checklists, cross-functional sign-offs (legal, sales, marketing, operations, customer care), and enablement materials for sales and customer-facing teams.
Manage the release calendar and internal communications so that every launch lands with the market, partners, and internal teams prepared.
Run post-launch retrospectives and feed learnings back into the development process.
Process, Tooling & Agile Governance
Own and administer the product tooling stack (roadmapping, analytics, research repository, feedback management), including vendor evaluation and adoption.
Standardize agile practices across squads: ceremony hygiene, sprint health metrics, dependency management, and retrospectives.
Drive documentation and knowledge management standards so that product decisions, research, and specs are discoverable and reusable.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Run the operating cadence that keeps product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, legal, and operations aligned: quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, and business reviews.
Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional proposals, ensuring stakeholders are consulted and decisions are documented.
Champion best practices in user experience and product quality by embedding quality gates and UX review into the development process.
