Role Purpose:
- Develop and implement integrated media strategies for 3ID and Digital Distribution (DD) across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead full-funnel media planning and execution, with strong focus on conversion, acquisition, and revenue generation across Digital Distribution channels including ecommerce, banking partnerships, web, and modern trade.
- Drive data-driven decision making using first-party data and audience segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness and targeting precision.
- Integrate paid and owned channels (CRM, app, web, WhatsApp, etc.) to maximize end-to-end customer journey and conversion.
- Manage media budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI, CPA efficiency, and business impact.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Brand, Digital Distribution, CVM, and other teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Drive innovation in media strategy, platforms, and tools to maintain competitiveness in evolving media landscape.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance continuously, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business outcomes.
- Manage agencies and vendors to ensure accountability, quality execution, and continuous performance improvement.
Key Activities:
Media Strategy and Campaign Execution
- Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies for 3ID and Digital Distribution across digital and offline channels. Develop full-funnel media strategies covering awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Ensure all campaigns align with business objectives, including revenue, acquisition, and ROI targets.
- Ensure compliance with IOH Media Laws and governance frameworks.
- Establish and implement media performance benchmarks and KPIs.
- Apply standardized audience segmentation for precise targeting.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content is optimized per channel and funnel stage.
- Develop and manage media plans with proper budget allocation and execution across platforms.
- Manage media vendors and agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery
Digital Distribution & Performance Growth
- Develop and execute media strategies for Digital Distribution channels including:
- E-commerce platforms
- Banking partnerships
- Web and landing pages
- Modern trade channels
- Drive conversion-focused campaigns to optimize:
- Traffic

- Repeat transactions
- Create channel-specific media playbooks for each DD platform.
- Implement always-on performance marketing strategies.

Leadership and Project Management
- Lead cross-functional media projects involving internal teams and external agencies.
- Provide strategic direction for media planning aligned with business goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to Brand and Digital Distribution teams.
- Ensure alignment and coordination across stakeholders for campaign execution.
Media Budget and Vendor Management
- Manage and monitor media budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Ensure budget allocation aligns with performance and business priorities.
- Track commitments and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
- Manage vendor performance and ensure accountability.
Monitoring Industry Trends and Competitive Activity
- Monitor media trends across digital and offline channels.
- Analyze competitor media activities including OOH and digital channels.
- Identify opportunities to enhance media strategies and competitiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align media strategies with business goals.
- Integrate paid and owned channels to improve campaign effectiveness.

Consumer Analysis
- Conduct customer and audience analysis based on media interaction data.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Management / Communication / Business / Marketing / Mathematics / Engineering or related fields
Related Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in media, digital marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in leadership role
