Job Summary
Provides strategic legal advice in supporting the company's GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), AI infrastructure, and cloud-related business initiatives.
This role focuses on structuring, negotiating, and executing complex technology-driven transactions, including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, capacity arrangements, infrastructure investments, and cross-border commercial frameworks involving GPU clusters and data center ecosystems.
The role is responsible for leading legal due diligence, assessing regulatory and geopolitical risks (including export controls, sanctions, and technology compliance), and developing risk mitigation strategies aligned with the company's AI and digital infrastructure roadmap.
A key function includes drafting and negotiating high-value commercial agreements such as cloud services agreements, capacity reservation agreements, data center MSAs, strategic alliance agreements, and investment documentation.
This position requires a qualified lawyer with substantial experience in M&A, technology transactions, and digital infrastructure projects, capable of balancing commercial agility with regulatory discipline, and driving strategic AI infrastructure initiatives to completion while protecting the company's long-term interests.
