Role Purpose
Responsible for enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience of HR operations through process optimization, system integration, and the use of technology, automation, and AI. This role enables HR to operate more strategically and deliver data-driven support to the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Process Optimization
- Map and analyze end-to-end HR processes across key areas such as recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and performance management.
- Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities using data, systems analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
- Propose redesign processes leveraging digital tools and automation to improve speed, consistency, and employee experience.
2. Business Analyst
- Ensure seamless integration of HR systems (e.g., SAP SF, SAP Concur) and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with HRIS to deploy digital and AI-powered solutions that enhance HR service delivery.
- Continuously evaluate systems and recommend upgrades or enhancements based on usage, feedback, and innovation.
3. HR Transformation Projects
- Executes modernization initiatives focused on improving HR operations through technology
- Define project scope, roles, timelines, and success metrics.
- Track implementation and measure impact using relevant KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- 57 years of experience with a focus on HR operations, process improvement, or HR systems.
- Experience in HRIS implementation or digital transformation projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and supporting technologies.
- Excellent skills in analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
