Role Purpose
The AVP–Head of Fixed Data & CPE product marketing responsible for leading the product marketing strategy and execution for Indosat's Fixed Connectivity and Managed Network Services portfolio.
This role ensures strong market positioning, customer acquisition, and sustainable revenue growth by developing differentiated value propositions, driving impactful go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and enabling sales with compelling solution-led marketing programs.
The incumbent will analyze market trends, anticipate enterprise customer needs, and translate network and technology capabilities into business-driven solutions, strengthening Indosat's leadership in enterprise connectivity and managed network services.
Area of Responsibility:
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management:
- Define and lead product strategy for Fixed Connectivity (Internet, Leased Line, Private Network) and Managed Network Services
Value Proposition Development
- Develop compelling value propositions and messaging
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Plan and execute product launches and campaigns
Market Positioning
- Position products competitively through effective branding and communication
Sales Enablement
- Develop tools, content, and training to support the sales team
- Conduct training programs for internal teams
Campaign Management
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and demand
Performance Tracking
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Deliverables:
- Product roadmap, portfolio strategy, revenue growth plan
- Sales kits, presentations, and training sessions; knowledge-sharing sessions, improved internal competency levels.
- Campaign performance reports
- Performance reports, KPIs

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Telecommunication, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing or management, with at least 5 years in Fixed Connectivity, Enterprise Network, or Managed Services
