About The Role
The AVP Digital Opex Management is responsible for leading operational expenditure (Opex) planning, governance, monitoring, and cost optimization across the Technology organization. This role ensures effective budget utilization, financial discipline, and sustainable operational spending while supporting the organization's digital and technology objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual Digital IT Opex and Finance Lease planning aligned with business priorities and operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain Opex baseline, financial forecasts, and run-rate models.
- Monitor Opex utilization, identify spending variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Establish and strengthen Opex governance, financial controls, and budget compliance.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across cloud services, software licenses, maintenance, managed services, and other recurring IT operational costs.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to ensure effective budget execution and governance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning, Budget Management, IT Finance, or Technology Finance.
- Strong understanding of IT operational expenditure, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance.
- Experience working with enterprise financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Anaplan, or equivalent platforms.
