Analyzing and providing improvement suggestions for operational processes
Executing improvement projects within the MV Operation team
Monitoring and managing Surveyor in the assigned region
Conducting field visits or surveys, both within and/or outside the city
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Other majors are welcome with strong data analysis and Excel skills) from reputable university
Fresh graduates with internship or organizational experience are welcome (Experience as a coordinator or team leader is a plus)
Experience in financial services is preferred
Excellent in communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of the automotive industry is a plus
