Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in the Industrial Business Segment.

This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from concept to completion. This role ensures that all technical aspects of a project are aligned with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

About the Business Segment

Ennovi's Industrial segment powers automation, robotics, and energy storage systems enabling OEMs to achieve AI-powered manufacturing for Industry 4.0.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute projects from kickoff to production.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
  • Support APQP and PPAP activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including timelines and risk assessments.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between the company and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Willing to work and be assigned in Batam.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • 35 years in automotive/OEM project management or engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and control plans.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks).
  • Knowledge of GD&T
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes (stamping/welding/plating).
  • Strong understanding of project planning tools (MS Project, Gantt charts).
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with OEM customer projects.
  • Certification in PMP or Six Sigma is a plus.
