Automation Technician

Qualification:

• Bachelor / Diploma in Physic engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Technology Information, Computer Science.

• 3 years experience in related field or fresh graduate from Engineering school or Technology Information or Computer Science.

Job Description:

• Trouble-shoot DCS / MCS / PLC system to keep downtime to a minimum

• Trouble-shoot QCS / WIS / WMS to keep equipment downtime to a minimum

• Make changes in programs as needed to improve paper mill process

• Keep DCS / MCS / PLC programs and documentation updated

• Keep QCS / WIS / WMS programs and documentation updated

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspection on QCS / WIS / WMS equipment running conditions.

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspection on DCS / MCS / PLC equipment running conditions.
