- Developed and maintained automated workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and UiPath.
- Analyzed business processes and identified automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions.
- Tested, monitored, and optimized automated processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepared documentation and provided user support for automation tools and workflows.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in Power Automate, Power Apps (Microsoft), and UiPath.
- Able to work independently with strong initiative and as part of a team.
- Fast learner with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Able to provide an Active Student Enrollment Letter (Surat Keterangan Mahasiswa Aktif) from the university as part of the onboarding requirements.
