Establish and define project scope, technical specifications, and operational feasibility by actively involving all relevant internal engineering and business stakeholders.
Develop and execute detailed project plans to closely monitor progress, manage changes to project scope, schedule, or costs, and perform proactive risk management to minimize potential bottlenecks.
Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools to evaluate the successful completion of both short-term and long-term project goals.
Lead on-site executions, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and complete commissioning of conveyors, sorters, and automated material handling systems.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clear, structured status updates and escalation paths to management.
Requirements
Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative-based major.
Has 2 to 5 years of professional project management experience focused on delivering industrial machinery or automation systems (ideally within logistics, warehousing, or express delivery networks).
Hands-on mastery of project controls, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, cost tracking, and change control.
Proven experience overseeing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), technical commissioning, and site-level physical executions.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is highly preferred.
Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English to lead commercial and technical vendor meetings; capability in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Exceptional owner-side collaboration skills with a track record of successfully aligning engineers, procurement, operations, and business stakeholders.
Natural leadership capacity with the ability to drive internal teams and external vendors toward project delivery goals.
