Job Description:

  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of multiple projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budgetary objectives, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring technical and operational feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress as well as manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and perform risk management to minimize potential risks
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and site execution, within conveyors, sorters, and automated material handling systems.
  • Create, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and report/escalate to management as needed

Requirements:


  • Technical degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 4+ years of project management experience delivering machinery or automation systems, preferably in logistics/warehousing.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II or other Project Management certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong owner-side experience: coordinating engineers, procurement, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to run technical and commercial meetings with vendors in English.
  • Ability to lead internal teams and external vendors toward project goals.
  • Hands-on mastery of project controls: scheduling, budgeting, risk management, cost tracking, and change control.
  • Experience overseeing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and site execution.
  • Fluent English (spoken/written); Mandarin is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for site commissioning and coordination.
