Job Role / Job Overview

Responsible for debugging, optimizing, and maintaining automated assembly and testing equipment. The roles focuses on improving equipment performance, ensuring machine reliability and supporting production teams during ramp-up and mass production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform machine debugging, tuning, and validation after assembly or installation
  • Design and improve mechanical components or assemblies to support machine functionality and reliability
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software issue during machine testing and operation
  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure long-term reliability
  • Analyze downtime data, propose improvements to enhance machine uptime and yield
  • Provide technical support for production and training for operators or maintenance personnel
  • Support continuous improvement activities for process optimization and automation enhancement
  • Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting logs, and machine configuration records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in automated machinery debugging or relevant maintenance scope
  • Strong in Mechanical and Mechanical Design
  • Familiar with PLC, HMI, servo system, and sensors
  • Basic understanding of pneumatic/hydraulic systems and mechanical assembly
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and team work abilities
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Must be available for on-call support when required

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Work Environment

  • Office-based with occasional shop floor visits.
  • May require overtime during critical project phases.

Languages

  • Fluency in English would be essential.
