Key Responsibilities
- Develop and program PLCs (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.) for industrial automation projects
- Integrate PLCs with SCADA, HMI, and MES systems
- Participate in control system design, including I/O list, wiring diagrams, and layout
- Troubleshoot, test, and commission control systems at client sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, project managers, and clients
- Prepare technical documentation and training materials
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields
- Minimum 1 years experience in HMI PLC programming and industrial automation
- Familiarity with industrial networks (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
- Experience with SCADA/HMI platforms is a plus
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to Have
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or IIoT platforms
- Exposure to smart factory or Industry 4.0 projects
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
