Audit Associate - Financial Institution

Join our dynamic Audit team at RSM Indonesia, where your skills will help leading financial institutions — from traditional banks and insurance companies to fast-paced fintech startups — meet their regulatory, compliance, and business needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in conducting financial audits for clients in the financial services industry
• Perform risk assessments and execute audit testing for areas such as loans, claims, premiums, and financial instruments
• Support the team in ensuring compliance with PSAK, IFRS, and industry-specific regulations (OJK, BI, etc.)
• Document audit findings clearly and concisely, and assist in preparing audit reports
• Collaborate with senior auditors and managers to deliver high-quality client service

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university
• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 2 years of experience in external audit is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Interest in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, fintech)
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Willing to travel and work with tight deadlines
