About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Audio Visual & Fire Life Safety - Engineering (National Talent) in Jumeirah Bali.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Monitor and operate Fire & Life Safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspection and testing of fire alarm systems.
• Check fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, and manual call points.
• Inspect fire alarm sounders, strobes, and emergency notification systems.
• Monitor and maintain emergency voice evacuation systems.
• Operate and maintain Public Address (PA) and emergency audio systems.
• Check microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and audio control equipment.
• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in fire alarm and audio systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to the PPM schedule.
• Respond promptly to fire alarm activations and system faults.
• Support fire drills, emergency exercises, and evacuation procedures.
• Assist the Emergency Response Team during emergencies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Security, and other departments during incidents.
• Coordinate with external contractors for inspection, testing, and repairs.
• Maintain records of inspections, testing, maintenance, and system faults.
• Ensure all Fire & Life Safety systems are operational and ready for emergency use.
• Support compliance with local fire safety regulations and hotel standards.
• Maintain equipment inventory, system documentation, and maintenance records.
• Report system defects and follow up on corrective actions.
• Provide technical support for hotel events and functions requiring PA/audio systems.
• Ensure guest and colleague safety through reliable Fire & Life Safety systems.
• Perform other duties related to Fire & Life Safety and Audio systems as assigned

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Experience as a Audio Visual & Fire Life Safety or equivalent role in a 5-star hotel/luxury property.
• Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
