About The Role
What if your sharp ears could help shape the way AI understands and processes sound We're looking for Audio Quality Reviewers to evaluate audio recordings and provide the kind of detailed, human feedback that machines simply can't replicate on their own.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a good ear, strong attention to detail, and a reliable pair of headphones. No audio engineering background required.

What You'll Do
- Listen to audio recordings and evaluate them for clarity, accuracy, and overall quality
- Identify issues such as background noise, distortion, mispronunciations, or unnatural phrasing
- Verify that transcriptions accurately match spoken audio content
- Rate recordings using structured evaluation criteria and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Work through batches of audio independently, at your own pace and on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A sharp listener with the ability to detect subtle differences in audio quality
- Detail-oriented and consistent — you apply the same high standard across every review
- Comfortable working with audio playback tools and digital interfaces
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- In possession of a working pair of headphones or earbuds
- No audio engineering or professional audio experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in transcription, voice-over, podcast production, or music
- Familiarity with audio quality standards or evaluation workflows
- Background in quality assurance, content review, or data annotation
