Job Description:

Welcome guests and conduct safety briefings before each tour.
Instruct guests on the proper operation of ATVs and safety procedures.
Ensure guests wear and use safety equipment correctly.
Lead guests throughout the ATV trail while maintaining safety standards.
Monitor guests during the activity and provide assistance when needed.
Inspect ATVs and safety equipment before and after each tour.
Report vehicle damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards.
Maintain cleanliness of the operational area and equipment.
Deliver excellent customer service and create a memorable guest experience.
Support daily operational activities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minim
um High School/Vocational High School graduate or equivalent.Previ
ous experience as an ATV Guide or in a similar role is an advantage.Able
to operate an ATV safely and confidently.Good
communication and interpersonal skills.Basic
English communication is preferred.Willi
ng to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Respo
nsible, disciplined, and service-oriented.
