Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, Social Media, and Digital Advertising.
Proficient in analyzing data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and other digital marketing platforms.
Experienced in creating daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio.
Solid understanding of key digital marketing KPIs, including Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Website Traffic, and Revenue.
Ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve campaign and website performance.
Capable of assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in managing team operations, monitoring project progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
Strong collaboration skills with SEO Specialists, Social Media Specialists, Digital Advertisers, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, and advanced formulas.
